In today’s fast-changing and often unpredictable environment, many professionals are navigating increasing levels of complexity, pressure, and uncertainty. For those working in the public sector, these challenges are often amplified by competing priorities, limited resources, and the need to balance responsiveness with long-term thinking.
This practical webinar explores how to build emotional resilience and develop the mindset and skills needed to navigate uncertainty with greater confidence and clarity. Participants will learn how to manage their internal responses to change, regulate stress and reactivity, and maintain focus in demanding situations.
Drawing on evidence-informed approaches, this session provides simple, accessible tools to help individuals strengthen self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and respond more effectively, both for their own wellbeing and in service of their teams and communities.
