AI is more than just a technology. It is a transformative tool that has the potential to elevate the way we deliver public services, enhance community engagement and optimise operations.

This masterclass series is designed for leaders and managers who want to better understand and guide decision-making about the use of AI within their organisation. It is suitable for leaders without AI or technical knowledge or expertise, or technical managers who want to better understand and influence other leaders and teams across the organisation.

The AI Leadership masterclasses explore leading-edge developments within AI, using approachable and easily understood language and examples. It dispels common myths about the evolving technology while exploring the significant opportunities for local authorities and communities. The primary focus of the series is on the leadership skills needed to navigate and guide the successful application of AI across organisations. Going beyond AI’s typical definition of Artificial Intelligence, to leverage the power of your own AI – Adaptive Intelligence.

The course is designed as a series advancing across all five levels of AI Leadership. While it is recommended to progress through all five masterclasses, each masterclass can also be attended separately. Masterclasses are supported with full access to the presentations, interactions with peers and suggested workplace activities between sessions.
