This masterclass series is for leaders and managers responsible for guiding AI decisions within their organisation. It is suitable for leaders with little or no AI or technical background, as well as technical managers who want to influence leadership and organisational decision making.

The AI Leadership masterclasses explore the latest developments in AI using plain language and practical examples. They dispel common myths while highlighting the opportunities AI presents for local authorities and their communities. The series focuses on the leadership skills needed to successfully implement and govern AI across organisations.
