It can improve public services, strengthen community engagement and optimise operations.This masterclass series is for leaders and managers responsible for guiding AI decisions within their organisation. It is suitable for leaders with little or no AI or technical background, as well as technical managers who want to influence leadership and organisational decision making. The AI Leadership masterclasses explore the latest developments in AI using plain language and practical examples. They dispel common myths while highlighting the opportunities AI presents for local authorities and their communities. The series focuses on the leadership skills needed to successfully implement and govern AI across organisations. It also introduces a broader view of AI, moving beyond Artificial Intelligence to harness the power of Adaptive Intelligence. The course consists of progressive masterclasses that build AI leadership capability. Each session includes presentation slides, a recording of the first 30 minutes, peer discussion and practical workplace activities between sessions.
