ALGIM Welcomes Four New Board Members for 2025–2028 Term

The ALGIM Board is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members following the 2025 recruitment process. These appointments strengthen our leadership capability and reinforce ALGIM’s commitment to supporting innovation, collaboration, and customer excellence across local government.

Joining the Board for the 2025–2028 term are:

  • Lyndon Allott, Chief Digital Officer, Hutt City Council
  • Grace de Leon, Manager – Smart Christchurch & Continuous Improvement, Christchurch City Council
  • Jenni Cochrane, Group Manager Customer Experience, Matamata-Piako District Council
  • Rachael Burgess, Group Manager CX, ICT, IM & Communications, Ōpōtiki District Council

Collectively, the new appointees bring extensive strategic and governance leadership experience, digital transformation expertise, and a strong focus on customer and community outcomes. Their combined insights will further enhance ALGIM’s ability to deliver value to members and shape the future of digital and information management across the local government sector.
