Practical skills for confident engagement and better outcomesStakeholder engagement is a core part of local government work. Done well, it builds trust, reduces risk, and supports better decisions. Done poorly, it can slow delivery, create resistance, and damage relationships. This practical, evidence-based course helps local government professionals engage more confidently and effectively with stakeholders. The focus is on real-world application. You will work with your own projects and leave with clear tools and actions you can use straight away. Course Outcomes
