Dunedin City Council’s experience, reflections, and learnings

About the Presenters: 

Serge Kolman
Procurement and Contracts Manager, Dunedin City Council

Serge has been at DCC for nearly 5 years now in this role with DCC wide responsibility for Procurement and Contract Management.

Before joining DCC he was in various procurement roles in the New Zealand Health industry as procurement manager for Southern DHB, assisted in setting up the national shared service Procurement for the health sector and then a regional relationship manager for the South Island DHB’s and a short stint as Category Manager. He moved to New Zealand in 2007 and worked in the Telecommunications industry in the Netherlands in various operational roles including Procurement.
