Jarred leads and coordinates the development of Hutt City Council's organisational strategy, priorities and the long-term plan, working with governance and the CLT to define priorities, assign resources and report on progress.

He also enables effective, high-quality and high-touch engagement across council and our regional partners through the development, management and analysis of engagement frameworks.
