Alan is an experienced senior leader with a mix of policy, technology and service delivery experience and skills. Experience of leading numerous multi-disciplinary and cross-agency teams, working on high-profile all-of-government projects and initiatives. A proven track record of solving complex problems, influencing, policy craft and delivering high-quality solutions and outcomes. Current role is Executive Director of Digital Identity providing advice on how to realise the benefits of digital identity for New Zealanders, the economy and government.
