ALGIM Webinar: TaaS & IaaS - Marketplace Transition Support

Teena Ohlson and Jane Moananu are offering support to Local Councils currently using TaaS (Telecommunications-as-a-Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) but not yet registered on the Marketplace.

They can help with registration and ensure a smooth transition as these services move to the Marketplace.

We will share stats with who is registered, who is using what services too.

Teena Ohlson

Teena's career as a contractor for a number of years included working at Wellington City Council in the Security Operations and Property Management teams. She joined DIA Marketplace in 2020 and onto current role as ICT Capabilities Partner in 2021 when the team was formed.  

Teena is the Marketplace Lead for agencies and currently agency lead for the C3 project which brings us here today. She also holds 37 of the 78 Regional, Territorial and Unitary Councils in her portfolio.  

Jane Moananu

Jane joined the ICT Capabilities and Change team in April 2025 and comes from an extensive background in Service Delivery.  

After working in Rarotonga for the last several months, she has returned to join DIA ICT Capabilities team.
