About the Presenters:

Jo Shortland:  Jo is a vitality and performance specialist who creates and deliver change and transformation programmes for 'kicking it' in life and work.

She is a certified Neuroleadership coach, a qualified personal trainer, and has almost two decades experience in vitality and performance, team development, mindset development, leadership & creating solutions to help individuals, leader and teams succeed and thrive through change.


Dr Maree Roche:  Dr Roche is considered one of the world leading minds in advancing the science of positivity, wellbeing and self-leadership.  She is Co-director of the Leadership Unit - New Zealand Institute for Business Research (NZIBR) at the Waikato Management School, University of Waikato.  She is a Fellow of the Positive Behaviour Institute (USA) a Washington DC based initiative aimed at forging new research and application in positive wellbeing.
