For each type of service identified above, the following information or documentation is required.
- Copies of all contracts, schedules, agreements or "Understandings" in place with each supplier.
- Network diagrams/sketches where available.
- A complete invoice for 1 representative month. The entire invoice is required, including schedules detailing all calls/usage. TeleConsultants will only begin analysis once a complete invoice is received. Photocopies of invoices are OK.
- All available invoice summaries
- Electronic versions of invoices where available, e.g. Telecom NZ CustomBill, TelstraClear's Insight and Vodafone's Scope.
- Any questions or identified issues.
TeleConsultants will return all supplied information. |
