Colin and Scott along with invited guests, Marion Dowd (WBoPDC) and Tracey May (Taupo DC) will give you a short overview of the importance of laying good foundations for your ERP project.  The outcome of an ERP project is heavily dependent on the foundation established at the outset of the project and good planning will help you avoid disruptive and costly challenges before they arise.  This is the first in series of three webinars on the topic of ERP projects.

Colin, Scott, Marion and Tracey will share their experiences (both good and bad) around ERP projects that they have been involved in and will show you what they believe is good practice and has proven successful in the past.

This webinar talks to laying the right ERP foundations.  The next webinar will focus on running an RFI/RFP selection process, with a third webinar on managing the ERP implementation.
