ALGIM/KPMG Benchmarking

ALGIM offers a specific Local Government ICT benchmarking programme for its members.

This benchmarking service compares participating Councils according to size and across the group.  This gives more detailed information and fairer comparison between similar sized Councils and also ability to see how they compare across the sector. 

Reports are not shared outside the participating group of Councils so you will not see these results published in the media. 

Councils will also receive their own Council specific report with graphs and indicators. 

The service is conducted for ALGIM by well-respected ICT benchmarking experts KPMG.  The benchmarking is comparable to other international and national surveys such as Gartner.
