Environment Waikato has taken part in the ITQ Survey for the past three years.  The results have provided us with a variety of insights into how people view the quality of our services and support, and even more so now that we are able to analyse trends over those three years.  The cost is very reasonable, set up is relatively straight forward and the results are available almost immediately on completion of the survey.

For Western Bay of Plenty District Council, the ITQ Survey provides a valuable resource to review the performance of IT staff, the perception of IT systems, and infrastructure within the organisation.  It also enables us to assess the level of service IT is delivering to the Council.  We have used the survey for three years now and the data we have gathered from it over this time provides some good trend information, and also supports the Council’s IT annual key performance indicators (KPIs) and audit reviews.  The survey is well packaged and eliminates the need to do the analysis.  There is the opportunity to include as many independent survey questions as you require which means you can focus on projects and applications of particular interest each year.
