Waimakariri District Council: Jolanda Simon, Information and Technology Services Manager
From the CEO's Newsletter Update:
"This week the Management team received a copy of the results from the recent Information & Technology survey that staff participated in. 104 staff responded and provided a lot of excellent feedback on the good things the team is doing and naturally those areas that can be worked on. Congratulations to Jolanda and her team for undertaking the survey, sharing the results and looking for opportunities to deliver services to an even higher standard. Well done!"
Western Bay of Plenty District Council: Marion Dowd, IT Manager
"The IT Organisational Survey provides a valuable resource to review the performance of IT staff, the perception of IT systems, and infrastructure within the organisation. It also enables us to assess the level of service IT is delivering to the Council.
The data we have gathered from provides some good trend information, and also supports the Council’s IT annual key performance indicators (KPIs) and audit reviews. The survey is well packaged and eliminates the need to do the analysis. There is the opportunity to include as many independent survey questions as you require which means you can focus on projects and applications of particular interest each year".
