Every year there is great work going on in local government that goes unrecognised, and we want to bring this into the national spotlight.

The Supreme Website Award is decided by ALGIM’s annual web audit, but we are still seeking nominations for:


Customer Experience Awards


Top-notch customer experience is crucial for ratepayers, and this is your council’s opportunity to shine. Like the Supreme Website Award, the Best Customer Experience Award is decided by ALGIM through its yearly ‘mystery shop’ exercise.
