About ALGIM Spring Conference

The 2017 Spring Conference was held 17th - 19th September 2017 at Dunedin Centre, Dunedin.

This new event joined together ALGIM's two most popular Symposiums - Web & Digital and Customer Experience (previously Customer Service). Offering professional development, world class international speakers, workshops and networking.

The theme for this year’s event is Customer Service Transformation in the Digital Era.

2017  ALGIM Spring Conference Awards

These awards recognise and celebrate best practice in web and digital and customer service respectively amongst New Zealand Local Authorities.  They aim to encourage Local Government to be innovative, service-focused and recognised in supporting their organisation and communities of interest.
