The ALGIM Online Services Awards recognise and celebrate best practice in Online Services amongst New Zealand local authorities.  They aim to encourage local government staff to be innovative and be recognised in supporting their organisation and communities of interest.  They also promote the image of local government onlines services presence throughout the wider sector.

The 2013 ALGIM Online Services Awards are your opportunity to shine among your peers.

Your support through entry in the 2013 ALGIM Online Services Awards is crucial to their success.  We have endeavoured to keep the entry process simple to encourage Councils to participate.

• Supreme Website - based on results and rankings of ALGIM’s annual web audit

• Best New Feature Website (including council sub-sites) – over 50,000 population - judged from nominations received
• Best New Feature Website (including council sub-sites) – under 50,000 population - judged from nominations received
• Best Redevelopment Council Website (main council site) - judged from nominations received

• Best Use of Intranet - judged from nominations received

• Best Use of Social Media in Local Government - judged from nominations received

• Online Project of the Year Award [NEW AWARD] - judged from nominations received

• Online Services Professional Development Award - judged from nominations received
